Chief Executive Officer
Michael holds a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion, M.A. in Systems Engineering from UCLA Los Angeles & M.A. in Political Science from Haifa University. Prior to joining GES, Michael served as the CEO of “Ashot Ashkelon Industries” and “Tambour Ltd”. Michael has more than 20 years of vast management experience in CEO roles in large Israeli organizations as well as in global companies, R&D, Business Development and Operation & Maintenance. Michael was elected as Chairman of the Manufacturers Association of Israel – Northern Region.
Chief Financial Officer
Niva joined GES in 2021 bringing with her considerable experience in managing the financial systems of leading industrial companies. Prior to joining GES, Niva held several financial positions at Paz Oil Company, Israel’s largest energy corporation responsible for a major part of Israel’s oil consumption. During her 15 year tenure at Paz, Niva held the position of CFO and member of the executive management team at Paz Lubricants and Chemicals and Pazkar. Prior to Paz, Niva was CFO at Koor Metals and held a Senior Consultant position at KPMG Israel.
Niva holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting (Cum Laude) from the University of Haifa.
Chief Technology Officer
Miriam leads the integration of all technologies in the GES portfolio as well as leads both current and future projects. She is an expert in water treatment, the development, and support of solutions from the requirement phase to definition and implantation.
Prior to joining GES, Miriam held positions as CTO of Hutchinson Water and COO of IDE Assets.
Miriam holds a BSc and MSc in Chemical Engineering from the Technion, The Israel Institute of Technology,.and an MBA from Bar Ilan University.
VP Development & Sales
Harel brings with him an extensive background in global and local environmental markets. Prior to joining GES, Harel served as VP of Business Development, Strategy & Marketing at Aqwise (purchased by GES). Prior to Aqwise, he served as the Israel Operation Manager and Senior Environmental Consultant for Ludan Environmental Technologies. Mr. Rauch is a strategic visionary who translates into cutting-edge technologies and solutions in an ever-evolving regulatory environment.
Harel holds a B.Sc in Environmental Engineering from the Technion, the Israeli Institute of Technology.
Projects Execution Manager
Ofer joined GES in 2016 and is in charge of the implementation and construction of GES projects.
Prior to joining GES, Ofer served as Acting Chairman of Tadbik SA, managing the merger of the company into its Israeli parent company and expanding its African market, CEO of Phoenica Glass Works, a leading manufacturer of glass bottles, and was Co-Founder of Univerve Power, a company focused on the development of waster to energy solutions, particularly for biogas and electricity production from biodegradable waste.
Ofer holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering From the Technion and Directors course from Western Galilee College.
Eran Ben Arosh
VP Franchise Development
Eran brings to GES decades of top management experience, particularly in managing national-scale projects, where he managed both the bid process, project finance, and management and operations. For ten years, Eran served as CEO of Carmelton, the operator of the largest public works project in Haifa, Israel. Eran brings vast experience in the development of infrastructure projects, managing bid processes, financing, and working with both local and national government agencies.
Eran is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
VP Industrial Chemicals Division
Eitan joined GES in 2022 bringing with him extensive management experience in both the industrial and manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining GES, he served as head of the Imaging Unit at Rotem Industries, a company focused on the development of PAT scans for cancer detection. Prior to this, he acted as CEO of Ecosol Israel, a company focused on disposal management of dangerous organic waste, and as CEO of Delek Industries (part of the Delek Group) Israel’s leading company in the development & production of unique oils for garages and industries.
Eitan holds a BSc in Chemistry and an MSc in Biochemistry from Tel Aviv University and a Ph.D. in Biotechnology also from Tel Aviv University.
VP Operation & Maintenance Devision
Elad serves as GES’s VP of Operations, specifically responsible for managing hundreds of municipal and industrial water and wastewater projects throughout Israel.
Prior to joining GES in 2016, Elad was in charge of site management of the Carmel Resin plant (part of Dor Chemicals Group), and Gadot Biochemicals.
Elad holds a degree in Biotechnical Engineering with a specialty in environmental protection from ORT Braude Technical College
VP Humen Resource
Rinat brings with her years of experience managing human resource departments in large industrial companies. Prior to joining GES in 2021, she served as VP Human Resources at PCB Technologies Ltd., a leading electrical and electronics manufacturing company, and Marconi Medical Systems (a division of the former Elscint).
She holds a BA in Criminology and Sociology from Bar Ilan University and an MA in Human Resources Administration from Derby University.
Eyal joined GES in 2022 after working in the commercial division of Ben Ari, Fisch, Saban where he was in charge of handling mergers and acquisitions, investments, particularly in the renewable energy and alternative medicines sectors. Prior to this Eyal worked in the law firm of Tabib Geva, in the energy commercial and litigation department.
Eyal holds a BA degree in Military, Defense, and International Relations Studies from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, an MA (with distinction) in Administration and Public Policy from Ben Gurion University, and an LL.B. from the College for Law and Business in Ramat Gan.
